Last August I took a trip to Jackson Hole, WY to see some friends. I choose to go United from LGA via Denver. There was a flight that left at 7:59 AM that was a flight that stopped in DEN but continued to Jackson Hole.

I checked in online and was soon through security at the C Concourse. The United area at the end needs a little work. It feels very cramped escpecially with all the 757 flights they have in and out of there. Although now is UA cutting most of the 757 service from LGA?


Gate


Boarding was called for my flight and I was soon in the cabin of the UA 757. One thing about United that I love is that the flight attendants are always there welcoming you at the door. I was in row 22 near the end.

The seat was comfortable for the 3 hour flight to Denver. Soon after boarding starting the door was closed and we were on line for takeoff.

About 20 minutes after takeoff the crew came around with a beverage service and a snack box service. I choose one and in all it was actually not that bad.

The rest of the flight I basically just took some pictures and the FA's came through with one more beverage service.

The landing was smooth in Denver and we learned that UA 361 to JAC was no out of another gate so we had to change planes.

At least the gate was right next door. In all the flight was decent, but I have to say every time I fly United the cabin crews are always kind and welcoming.

Since the flight for my JAC flight was a few gates away I noticed it was the new UA colors on the 757.

However when I stepped into the interior it was the same as the other UA plane. Takeoff was smooth and quick and I was on my way to Jackson Hole.

Since it was such a short flight I didnt take any pictures. Flight attendants came around with one beverage service. The approach into Jackson Hole is one of the best in the world to me. You come in between the Teton Mountains and land right in the middle of a valley. Again the flight crew was excellent and they announced on behalf of your "New York, Washington, San Francisco, and Los Angeles based flight crew thanks for flying UA". I guess the crew was from all over.

After a week vacation it was time to head back to New York. I was booked on the 7AM back to Denver and I arrived at the airport in plenty of time.

After heading to Gate 5 I noticed how crowded the terminal at JAC can get. Once boarding was called I headed out to the tarmac and saw a NWA A319 to MSP, UA 757 to ORD, UA A319 to DEN, and DL CR7 to SLC. Pretty busy

A beverage service was done and we were soon on the ground in DEN and I had to race to my gate for the New York LGA flight but soon learned it was delayed inbound from Sacramento.

Well boarding began for my flight to LGA and this time I was in seat 9C with all the legroom in the world. I didn't take any pictures throughout the flight but the FA's came through with a beverage service every 30 minutes. Really good service on United in general and I definitely would fly them again to Jackson Hole in the future.
