I'm confused, if the aircraft never wore any other colors, why are they on here?

How many 757-200 that were in old colors (2 or 3--NOT Song) have been repainted?

Sheeeese! Still only 1 MD-88? 1 737-800?

Let's hear it for the pudgy rampers!

There was one (N861DA) supposed to go in for repaint today. However, I don't know if it has been completed.

Quoting 727LOVER (Reply 2):

There are quite a few 757s that were in Ron Allen colors prior to being repainted into the new livery. Also, the ex-TWA 757s used to wear an AA livery.

I wonder when will the first 767-400ER or MD-90 go in for repainting. I know that the Ron Allen livery aircraft are top priority for being repainted, however, there are a few exceptions such as N861DA.

I believe ship 863 is in the shop. I could be wrong, but that's what I heard.

Quoting 727LOVER (Reply 2):

I believe 9 757's are left in the Ron Allen colors, with 2 being painted at this time.

Actually, I don't think any of the 757s in Wavy Gravy have been repainted yet. The three domestic 767-300s, the one MD-88, and the one 737-800 were in Wavy Gravy, however.

I have a feeling the MD90s are working way too hard to find time to put them in the paint shop.

Correct: 612, 616, 621, 623, 626, 629, 633, 657, 690.

Yes, I flew N1605 to NCE in early March as well - I believe that it is currently in the shop getting the interior modifications though (leather seats, AVOD in BE, etc.).

I know that there are only very few non-Gulf 767-300ERs that still have the old seat covers and IFE in BusinessElite. I think there is still only one ex-Gulf Air aircraft that has been modded though.

Does anyone know how the economy IFE mods (new overhead/bulkhead LCDs) are going on the 767-300ERs?

I believe that ship is in paint hanger Bay 10 along with an MD-88. Looks like routine maintenance is going on. There are some building maintenance issues with the exhaust/HVAC system in that bay which are being fixed so they can spray that bird. It is the only paint bay large enough for the 777.....should be soon and more to follow.

Also, ship 629 has entered Bay 12 for spray so say good bye to another "Ron" ship.
