Qatar Airways Cargo is to convert two PAX A300-600's into cargo aircraft in the second quarter of 2006 (sorry not to sure on the reg's, they are QR aircraft)
Qatar Airways Cargo are looking at introducing either 747F's or MD11F's aswell as the 777LRF's which they have on order!

The MD-11F is a little hard to find, although there are five Thai examples of the passenger version currently up for sale. Available from April 2006.
Shame to see the MD-11 leaving passenger service yet again.

Thai actualy only have 4 MD11's; HS-TMD, HS-TME, HS-TMF and HS-TMG
I agree, the MD11F's are very hard to find, but with Varig looking at getting rid of a few MD11's and Finnair introducing A340's and A350's, a few more may be available!
Hopefuly QR can pick up at least two of the TG MD11's and convert them into MD11F's before another carrier snaps them up, at one stage Finnair and Lufthansa cargo intrested in getting them as they are GE powered
Its a shame TG are not going to keep them and convert them for themselves as MD11F's
Thanks for the update. Nice to see another post on Cargo operations as most don't realise that 2005 has seen another record, the most Cargo frames sold by Boeing and Airbus in a single year.
Lead's me to ask, have QR actually stated how many 772Fs they will order and when they expect to finalise the contract? Meanwhile it's good to see QR expand their operations successfully in preparation for it's arrival.
Thanks, I'll try and keep you posted on any other developments

The exact number hasn't yet been released, but QR are expected to receive at least 20 777's, I would expect around 4 777-200LRF's, 10 777-300ER's and 6 777-200LR's
