Yesterday (June 1) after work, I was riding on my bike. I looked up in the air and saw a DC-10 on approach to CMH.

I need help here. Can anyone check on what I saw?

I was at CMH yesterday at about 6-7 p.m. and took a good look at the entire ramp and did not see a DC-10. Plenty of ERJ's and CRJ's though!

It's funny when I tell people I love planes and they think I'm weird.

Is it possible you saw a DC-10 on approach for LCK? Heavy freighters fly in there all the time.

It may have been headed to Rickenbacker.

could be -- I did not think it was heading Rickenbacker because I spotted DC-10 on regular CMH landing approach

Where were you riding your bike when you saw this?

I don't know how LCK and CMH's approach patterns could be confused.

I checked...And There were no IFR flight plans using a DC-10 aircraft into CMH on the 1st of June. But at RCK there were 6 Fed Ex DC-10 flights.
