This is by no means scientific, but:
Delta
US Airways
Southwest
(big gap here)
United
British Airways
Now, once I move out of PHX and have more control over my travel arrangements and spend some time in China, (God willing) it will look more like this:
Continental
United
Qantas
Lufthansa
Virgin America
Northwest would have been right after CO had this business not been happening and SkyTeam held up. I almost never mind connecting so IMO it is more worthwhile to stay loyal to a couple of airlines at least domestically and rack up the status. As far as international goes, the product and geography play a bigger role. For me, US Airways represents everything that is boring/mediocre about flying.

Don't feel like pulling exact numbers out, but my top five goes something like this:
1.) Delta
2.) US Airways
3.) Continental
4.) Northwest
5.) American
Been doing about 50 flights a year on Delta over the past 4-5 years. US Airways was my preferred carrier before then, but when Delta dropped the 50% MQMs for L/U/T fares, plus Dougie and the Sandcastle destroying what was an excellent airline, sent me right back to Delta. Continental was my primary carrier when I lived in New Jersey (lived 15 minutes down I-78 from EWR, so no surprise CO was the preferred carrier) and I still get a decent number of NW and AA flights in each year.
