Considering not a lot of airlines have free meal service in the US anymore, I've decided to compile a list of BOB products for breakfast and everyone can choose the best.
American Airlines:
Breakfast Bagel Sandwich
Enjoy a plain bagel topped with slices of roasted turkey breast and mild muenster cheese. This sandwich is served with a side of Hellman's® mayonnaise and dijonnaise mustard.
Fruit& Cheese Plate: Cheddar, smoked gouda, and brie offered with grapes, dried apricots, dried cranberries, and pecan halves. Served with Pepperidge Farm crackers
Smoked Turkey, Cheddar Egg Salad Sandwich Deep smoked Turkey Breast, Sliced with Cheddar Cheese Egg Salad on a Ciabatta Roll
Strawberry Cream Cheese Crêpe: An indulgent blend of Strawberry Preserves, Cream Cheese, and Light Brown Sugar wrapped in a Whole Wheat Tortilla. Served with a side of fresh fruit including Honeydew Melon, Pineapple, and Orange sections
Frontier:
Cereal Cup
This traditional breakfast also makes a great snack. Ask your flight attendant for today's selection. Milk available upon request.
Udi's Fresh Fruit Salad
This generous portion of fresh seasonal fruit is sure to be a passenger pleaser. This is an affordable, healthy treat!
Breakfast Sandwich and Fruit Salad Meal:
Breakfast sandwich and fruit salad with a breakfast cookie. Selections are available on applicable morning flights.
United:
Breakfast is available on flights departing before 10 a.m. An assortment of gourmet cheese and crackers, accompanied by a fresh seasonal fruit mixture, fresh yogurt and one of the following:
banana mini-loaf
raspberry breakfast cake
apple Danish
Fruit and cheese plate
An assortment of fresh cheddar, swiss, and jalapeno-jack cheese served with ripe honeydew, strawberries, red grapes, and a variety of crackers.
Turkey ham luau sandwich
Sweet Hawaiian luau bread, piled with shaved turkey-ham, aged cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, and vine-ripened tomatoes, served with fresh red grapes and a packet of mayonnaise.
Any major airlines I missed?
I will always be proud to fly the FLAG: US Airways.

American Airlines: They both seem like lunch items, so no.
Delta: Pretty good, trying to be gourmet. The fruit and cheese plate is too fimilar and I wouldn't like the breakfast sandwich.(See above) The crepes sound good, but how good would they be on a tortilla? So, no.
Frontier:You have to have a better selection than that. No.
Midwest: They both look good, but they are a little pricey. No.
Alaska: Only one selection? The picture of the skillet looks nasty. In a couple weeks, I'll be flying SEA-EWR in the morning, and I hope they have another selection.No.
Northwest: Again $10 bucks looks a little pricey for that little sandwich and salad, and cookie. No.
United: Looks like you get a lot of food for $7. YES!!!!!!!
US Airways: Hate breakfast sandwiches.... No...
I will always be proud to fly the FLAG: US Airways.

Personally, I'm a fan of keeping it simple - a bagel and a bowl of cereal is more than enough (and conveniently for me, it's what Delta serves in First Class on domestic flights that have breakfast service). Was very happy they expanded this from just the BOS/NYC-ATL flights, as before it was only a hot breakfast of an omelet (and I'm not a big omelet fan)
Thus, I'd be going with the Frontier option every time.
