It's pretty much a death end product, the graphics aren't nowhere near MSFS levels and the simulation as a whole is worse too.
The only viable alternative for MSFS seems to be the latest version of X-Plane which gives more accurate flying characteristics (if your model is good enough) and is somewhere between FS9 and FS10 in the graphics department.
For me , up until now, MSFS remains the best choice, ATC included (albeit extremely rudimentary), good ,and lots of it, pay and freeware scenery available and even better some fantastic and very realistic free- and payware airplanes too.
In short, if it was me I would pass on this even at such a low price.
